As summer winds down and the leaves begin to fall, our minds shift from camping and BBQS, to Back to School, and the inevitable onset of frost and freezing. Winterizing the RV and Cabin shouldn’t be the only things on your mind to winterize. Taking a few moments to perform these checks on your Air Conditioner before shutting it down for the fall and winter season will go a long way to ensure trouble free operation next spring and summer.

On July 21st, 2015 Burmac was very honored to recieve an award from the Heartland Beautification Committee for recycling excellence thanks to our newly installed Sun Source solar panels from Lennox. These, panels, combined with our building improvements have reduced our electrical consumption by approximately 15%. Summer is fast approaching and soon, your A/C system will be waking from its hibernation. Before the dog days of summer, it's a good idea to give your air conditioner a test run before it gets the real cooling test in July and August. Doing minor maintenance in spring ensures your AC will be running as efficiently and trouble free as possible.
