With jurisdictions around North America instituting carbon pricing, including Alberta, many customers have looked at replacing their inefficient heating equipment. In this case, replacing an outdated boiler gave the customer a chance to upgrade their hot water heating capacity as well as gain greater control of the temepature of their living space.
As you can see the existing mechanical room, while functional, isn't the prettiest of installs. It doesn't look like the installer really thought the job through.
Here we have a Buderus GB142 high efficiency boiler, with indirect water heating, piped using the Aquartherm System. This system not only represents an obvious increase in functionaility, but a massive savings in energy. Buderus retrofit

Taking a few moments to perform these checks on your Air Conditioner before shutting it down for the fall and winter season will go a long way to ensure trouble free operation next spring and summer.

On July 21st, 2015 Burmac was very honored to recieve an award from the Heartland Beautification Committee for recycling excellence thanks to our newly installed Sun Source solar panels from Lennox. These, panels, combined with our building improvements have reduced our electrical consumption by approximately 15%. Summer is fast approaching and soon, your A/C system will be waking from its hibernation.
